Every day of my life I am in awe of nature’s miracles and man’s achievements, and I am challenged to capture even a small part of my wonder in my paintings. Personally, I don’t believe that art is the imitation of life – it’s the celebration, the embodiment, and the essence of life. Finding new ways to express what I see in the world is one of my greatest joys.
I'm not on this earth to interpret it, or to change it to suit my needs. I'm here to live with it, to revere it, and hopefully to make the world a better place by what I leave behind. My son, my friends, my art, my words – these are the legacy I leave. These are me. If you choose to read my words, view my paintings, or speak with my loved ones, I hope you find the best parts of me.
